Andy has a PhD in Quantum Optics from Oxford University, and a Bachelors Degree in Physics from Manchester University, and initially worked in Royal Dutch Shell designing and deploying novel measurement technologies to support Shell’s Downstream, Upstream and Integrated Gas businesses.

Brendan has a Masters in Fluid Mechanics from Delft University of technology, and started his career as a pipeline hydraulic engineer in Shell’s project organization. He has worked on a number of large capital projects within the Oil and Gas industry, before moving into the area of Knowledge Management.
