After ten years of law firm experience with major Austrian law firms, Stefan joined OMV in 2006, where he was heading the legal department of the Gas & Power Division for five years. Since 2011, Stefan is heading the Contracts & Projects Department of OMV Aktiengesellschaft, which provides legal services to all divisions of OMV Aktiengesellschaft, i.e. Upstream, Downstream and Corporate. His department is also responsible for contract management (application ownership) and contract standardization. Stefan graduated from the University of Vienna (Dr. iur.), the Danube University Krems (EuroJus) and the New York University (LL.M.). He holds an admission to the New York Bar and is a Fulbright Alumni.
